Gluten Free Vegetable Spaghetti

Use a spiralizer or a stainless steel julienne peeler to make spaghetti that is gluten free and low carb.

After you make vegetable spaghetti (I like using a mix of zucchini & carrots) you can sauté it for a few minutes in butter. Use any spices that you wish (I like himalayan salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh onions, fresh garlic, and fresh cilantro) Accompany it with a meat sauce and some parmesan cheese.

Low Carb/gluten free breakfast ideas

Avocado

1 whole Avocado with a pinch or 2 Himalayan or Celtic sea salt. You can also squeeze some fresh lime juice on it.

Scrambled Eggs

2-3 scrambled eggs with organic butter. Eat some steamed veggies along with it.

Mashed banana with almond butter

Mash a banana in a bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons almond butter, 1 tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds, add cinnamon to taste.

Greek Yogurt with veggies.

Eat 8 oz Whole Fat Greek Yogurt with your favorite veggies. I like the Fage brand. (it does not have growth hormones and has a high protein content. I recommend using whole fat because it is filling and will hold you over till lunch time. Dip raw carrots or any veggie of your choice into it. (steamed broccoli goes well with it to)

Whey Protein Shake

Use 1 scoop of whey protein, half a frozen banana, 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil or 1 tablespoon udo's oil, 1 tablespoon flax seeds, a pinch of ground cinnamon, some vitamin c powder or camu powder in 8 oz of water. Blend in a blender.

* I recommend using Whey Factors chocolate whey protein. It is the best and cleanest whey brand that I know of. Avoid most commercial brands which mostly contain nasty ingredients.

* you can also use any milk of your choice.

It is a great way to sneak vegetables into your kids meal and a healthy alternative to standard pizza. You can also make a couple and freeze them for a quick meal.

Paleo Friendly and celiac friendly !!
